Position Summary:
The Senior Superintendent leads on-site operations from groundbreaking to closeout, ensuring safety, production, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily site operations, sequencing, and subcontractor supervision

• Maintain production goals, safety procedures, and quality standards

• Support schedule updates, manpower planning, and logistics coordination

• Lead onsite meetings with owners, architects, and inspectors

• Drive field problem-solving and documentation requirements

Qualifications:

• 8–12+ years commercial field supervision

• Experience leading multi-million-dollar commercial builds
