What you will be responsible for
- Responsible for thermal and fluid simulation analysis of mining hardware, including power boards, heat sinks, and liquid-cooling modules.
- Perform component-level and system-level thermal design, ensuring optimal temperature performance and product reliability.
- Conduct CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations to analyze airflow, pressure, temperature distribution, and flow resistance.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and PCB design teams to optimize cooling system layouts and improve heat dissipation performance.
- Define design requirements and provide technical guidance for selection of thermal components such as fans, heat pipes, cold plates, pumps, and radiators.
- Analyze thermal performance during product prototyping and validation stages, and provide design optimization recommendations.
- Support experimental validation to correlate simulation data with physical test results, ensuring model accuracy and reliability.
- Research and evaluate new cooling technologies, thermal materials, and architectures to improve product energy efficiency.
- Develop thermal design standards, best practices, and documentation to support product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure consistent thermal design approaches and share technical learnings.
How you will stand out
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in thermal design or CFD simulation for electronics, servers, or data-center systems.Proficient in simulation tools such as Flotherm, Icepak, Fluent, or Ansys Mechanical for thermal / fluid analysis.Solid understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics principles.Experience in air-cooling and liquid-cooling system design, including component-level heat exchangers and integrated thermal modules.Familiar with materials, manufacturing methods, and mechanical structures related to heat sinks, vapor chambers, and cold plates.Ability to correlate simulation results with experimental data for performance validation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and modeling detail.Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work closely with cross-functional R&D teams.Passion for innovation, energy efficiency, and continuous technical improvement in a fast-paced environment.What you will experience working with us
