A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists in developing and monitoring ML models at scale

Oversee the design and deployment of algorithms to support trial execution activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data science initiatives with business goals

Required Qualifications

PhD or Master's in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field

7+ years of experience in data science or a related field, particularly in healthcare

2+ years of leadership experience in data science

Strong experience in machine learning, including model training and deployment

Hands-on experience with Python and knowledge of machine learning algorithms
