A company is looking for a Billing Manager who will oversee and coordinate all invoice activities for contracts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Manage month-end activities and support the General Ledger team with reconciliations and audits
Supervise the billing team, prioritizing workloads and providing guidance on billing procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
7 years of progressive billing or invoicing experience in a professional environment
2 years of experience supervising or leading a billing or finance support team
Proven track record in supporting ERP implementations and audit activities
Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal financial controls
