Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Solar Electricians for projects located in and around Rogers, AR . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $28-30 / hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope :

• Mount, secure, & align solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems, ensuring all components are installed per manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Run conduit & pull wire
• Complete all DC & AC wiring connections for solar panel systems, in compliance with safety & electrical standards
• Inspect, test, & verify system performance to ensure proper functionality and efficiency before project completion
• Operate hand & power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, drilling, & fastening solar components
• Follow all job site safety procedures, including the use of PPE & fall protection equipment
• Maintain a clean & organized work area
• Other tasks as assigned
Requirements :
• OSHA 10
• Background Check
• Drug Screen
