Building Engineer III

The Building Engineer III is responsible for maintaining building systems, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and making necessary repairs. This includes working with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and life safety systems to ensure they meet all required safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair building systems including plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Ensure all work performed meets required safety codes.
• Report modifications and repairs into the CMMS for review.
• Operate HVAC systems and adjust building automation systems (BAS, EMS, or ATC).
• Monitor and ensure quality control of subcontractors performing maintenance or repairs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62,000.00 - $77,000.00 / yr. PTO Family benefits Advancement opportunity.
