What You'll Do

• Build and Expand : Lead the growth of our food service program - identifying new product opportunities, emerging trends, and operational improvements that meet customer needs.
• Own the Relationships : Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with convenience store owners and managers, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
• Drive Operational Excellence : Oversee distribution logistics, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain strict quality and food safety standards.
• Maximize Value : Manage manufacturer rebate programs with precision - tracking, submitting, and collecting rebates to support profitability goals.
• Collaborate for Growth : Work closely with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and sales growth across accounts.
• Analyze & Report : Track key metrics like sales growth, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction - and report on insights to guide strategic decisions.
