Job Summary :

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking talented, passionate CRNAs to join the established team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in beautiful coastal, Port Charlotte, FL. This cohesive group thrives on collaboration, good communication and creating a great work environment. New grads wanting a supportive transition with a wide scope of practice and continued growth are more than welcome to apply.

Opportunity Highlights / Qualified Candidates :

• Staffing model of 4 General Anesthesiologists, 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs covering 10 ORs plus Cath Lab, IR and Endo. Average surgical volume 8000 cases annually.
• Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. No Peds. No OB. No Trauma.
• CRNAs practice top of license with autonomy. Able to perform blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
• Current schedule 4, 10s plus beeper call for additional comp. 1X week / late case finishes. 1, 48-hour weekend beeper shift every 1.5 months. If called in, true emergent cases. Always a physician on site.
