Shift : Nights, 7 : 15 PM – 7 : 15 AM

Hours per Week : 36

Dress Code : Royal blue scrubs

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1570 - $1680

ICU RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience

BLS and ACLS certifications required

PALS certification (may be obtained within first 3 weeks of assignment)

Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from Natchez facility

Ability to provide all required nursing certifications and documentation upon submission

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate critical care equipment

Educate patients and families on ICU care plans and procedures

Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with hospital policies
