In this role you will support senior leadership in the development of corporate strategies including M&A ideation / analysis / execution; capital raise transactions and other special situations; market analysis; legislative strategy; formation and management of international entities. Job Duties And Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally, in collaboration with CesiumAstros leadership team, to achieve strategic goals across many aspects of our high-growth business.

Manage and coordinate all stages of strategy development, from inception thorough execution and closure. Areas of focus will include M&A, capital formation, congressional and other political engagements, and international strategy / partnerships.

Conduct market and competitor research, identify opportunities and synthesize market and other research information to identify industry trends.

Develop and maintain detailed financial models for industry, peers and macroeconomic analysis.

Serve as a resource to the leadership team on various operational and strategic matters.

The Strategy Analyst operates at the intersection of several disciplines and will have the ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment that exposes them to a variety of experiences. No two days are the same.

Support investor relations.

Job Requirements And Minimum Qualifications

MBA or MS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Business, or Math is required from an accredited college or university.

Minimum 4 years experience supporting and leading strategy development and projects including M&A.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; you are proactive, a self-starter, and thrive in ambiguity.

Ability to work in a highly collaborative and engaging environment, as well as execute independent projects.

You are comfortable balancing multiple complex workstreams in parallel.

Ability to bring a measured, data-driven approach to a range of high-priority and high-impact projects.

Adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines across interrelated sophisticated topics.

Excitement to apply a stick with it attitude towards problems that may not have a clearly defined solution.

Strong attention to detail and organization; ability to identify errors within written content.

Ability to analyze, present, and communicate data in a clear way.
