Position Summary : The Lead Digital Customer Growth (FirstNet) will support the end-to-end digital experience strategy to engage and grow the FirstNet user base. This role will focus on optimizing digital touchpoints to deliver a seamless, mission-critical customer journey that supports the unique needs of public safety professionals. The ideal candidate is a strategic digital growth leader with an understanding of digital marketing, user experience, and data-driven growth strategies in complex, high-stakes environments.
AT&T FirstNet is the nationwide public safety broadband network dedicated to America's first responders and the extended public safety community. It is a unique and dedicated network built specifically to meet the critical communication needs of firefighters, law enforcement, paramedics, 911 communicators, emergency managers, and other essential personnel who support emergency response.
