Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned :

• Ensure monthly billing is accurate and submitted to assigned funders timely
• In Ability, follow up on rejected 837 files, claim denials, past due accounts in a timely manner
• Ensure assigned account batches are marked as submitted before each month is closed / posted
• Claim aging is kept current and accounts are kept within guidelines set by management
• Effectively communicate with other departments and funder representatives to timely resolve claim
