We are searching for a creative and strategic individual to fill the role of Director of Global Environmental, Health and Safety at our Santa Clara headquarters. This position involves providing leadership and oversight for NVIDIA's worldwide environmental, health, and safety programs to uphold compliance and promote a culture of safety and sustainability. Collaborate with top-level executives and site leaders to expand programs supporting NVIDIA's growth and upholding excellent environmental, health, and safety standards.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Spearhead the development of NVIDIA's global environmental, health, and safety strategy, ensuring it aligns with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Coordinate and integrate enterprise-wide programs across diverse geographies and workplace environments, including R&D labs, manufacturing sites, data centers, and corporate offices.
• Assure conformity with international, federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations by conducting comprehensive audits, reporting, and continuously improving programs.
• Manage and uphold ISO certifications, encompassing ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001, to align with international operational benchmarks.
• Mentor, encourage, and lead regional teams, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and a safe environment across all regions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to integrate environmental, health, and safety priorities into site development and operations.
• Work together with the Corporate Sustainability team to assist NVIDIA in achieving its environmental and greenhouse gas reduction objectives.
• Represent NVIDIA on a global scale in regulatory, industry, and community engagements, improving the company's standing as a frontrunner in environmental, health, and safety stewardship.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 232,000 USD - 356,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
