International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to providing life-changing hospitality and friendship to international college students. Through services like airport pickups, holiday hosting, temporary housing, conversation partnerships, and social events, we aim to create a welcoming environment for students far from home.

Work Schedule :

• Flexible full- or part-time schedules available to accommodate ministry needs.
• Occasional evening and weekend commitments required for specific ministry events.
• Attendance at annual conferences such as the IFI Staff Retreat is expected.

This role is an amazing opportunity to reach key students in the Salem, Oregon area with the good news in a great part of the country! This position is part of the Salem ministry team and requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving.
