Job descriptionFirst-year salary guaranteeis based on MGMA / AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications. Signing bonus. First-Year Salary Range : $359,355'$388,492.
Position Overview :
- Anticipated 1 : 4 call shared with local OB / GYN physicians.
- Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI on site.
- Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support.
- Approximately 16'18 patients per day.
- EPIC electronic medical record.
- Clinic hours : 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Work / Life Balance and Benefits :
Our OB / GYN team consists of two physicians and two ARNP nurse midwives when fully staffed. This position is being hired for community growth.
