Job descriptionHigh School Diploma or GED Basic computer skills 1 year of composite manufacturing or related experience Ability to work with composite resins and materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to read and interpret a 6" scale Composite layup experience Must meet the physical requirements of the role Must be able to work any shift Manufacture composite aircraft parts in a production environment Perform lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclaving, trimming, and / or repair work Read work orders, blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets Ensure defect-free assemblies before inspection Maintain logs and records (e.g., MIR sheets, DR / DI, PCOs) Support Lean initiatives Maintain a clean, safe work area aligned with FOD and 5S standards
