FIDELITY HOTEL is hiring for a MARKETING MANAGER
Fidelity Hotel is an adaptive reuse project located at 1940 E. 6th Street in the historic 103-year-old Baker Building. Fidelity Hotel has 97 guest rooms & suites, each with tailored amenities, custom-designed furniture, and thoughtfully curated art. The property features a full-service restaurant, bar, event & meeting spaces, and a private dining room. Fidelity Hotel is an homage to Cleveland's long-standing ideals. What you'll do :
- Maintain and update the Fidelity Hotel and outlet websites, including copy, promotions, event calendars, and overall accuracy.
- Produce revenue-driving email campaigns with engaging content and visuals; ensure clear, guest-facing communication.
- Manage online listings (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, etc.) to ensure all property information is accurate and up to date.
- Develop and execute creative, on-brand promotions and activations aligned with revenue and brand goals; regularly audit and refresh content across all platforms.
- Plan, promote, and manage all events, pop-ups, and community programming; provide on-site support and internal communication through SOPs.
- Build strategic partnerships to enhance local presence and drive engagement through innovative collaborations and events.
- Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual content calendars; create and manage content-including video-for all social media platforms.
- Oversee social media strategy and account performance; track KPIs and deliver monthly reports to key stakeholders.
- Stay current on social media trends and emerging marketing opportunities to keep the brand relevant.
- Ensure all marketing materials and on-site collateral are on-brand, updated, and visually consistent; support design needs across departments.
- Write clear, on-brand copy for digital and print assets including emails, websites, menus, and sales materials.
- Coordinate and manage photoshoots and media requests; liaise with third-party agencies to deliver on marketing objectives.
Who you are :
You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communication, journalism, or related field or an equivalent combination of education.You have 3+ years experience in marketing or like field required; Previous experience working in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels preferred.You have experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other similar design programs.You are a student, a teacher, and a leader. You are unafraid to ask questions, share knowledge, and lead with integrity.You are a highly motivated, quick learner.You are a proponent of collaboration and cross-departmental team involvement. Nothing you do is in a vacuum.You have superior analytical skills, are a problem solver, and a critical thinker by using data to make decisions.You believe in hospitality, deeply and passionately.BENEFITS
