Job Title : IT Help Desk / Call Center Analyst
Location : DDS Headquarters – Conyers, GA (Local candidates only)
Type : Onsite | Contract
Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
Overview :
Seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Analyst with Call Center experience to provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external users in a fast-paced, customer service–focused environment.
Responsibilities :
Handle high-volume support calls and resolve Tier 1 hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot and assist with Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7 / 10, and Apple iOS.
Provide external user support for website access, password resets, and online account management.
Monitor and manage ticket queues, escalate issues as needed, and ensure timely resolution.
Deliver exceptional customer service and document all support activities.
Qualifications :
2+ years IT Help Desk / Call Center experience (required)
2+ years hands-on troubleshooting (Outlook, MS Office, Windows)
Vocational / Technical degree in Computer Technology or related field
Knowledge of Apple iOS
Strong communication and customer service skills
Spanish bilingual preferred
