Looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale a digital marketing ecosystem. As a key architect of our digital presence, you’ll lead the charge in designing and executing data-driven strategies that engage surgeons, hospital executives, staff, patients, and partners. What you’ll do :
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO / SEM, paid social, email, display, and web optimization
- Build targeted campaigns for key audiences, leveraging marketing automation to personalize journeys
- Define KPIs, lead analytics, and optimize campaigns through A / B testing and data insights
- Manage integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned with commercial and product goals
- Lead SEO / SEM initiatives to boost search performance and ROI on paid campaigns
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams to align strategies
What we’re looking for :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field5–7+ years of digital marketing experience (medical device, healthcare, or tech preferred)Proven success building and scaling digital strategies that drive measurable resultsStrong expertise in SEO / SEM, paid social, email marketing, and website optimizationProficiency with Google Analytics, CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot), and marketing automation toolsExcellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
