Employees become part of a vibrant, trusted brand thats deeply connected to its community. $18 - $20 per hour based on experience PTO awarded day one 13 days awarded as of January 2026 Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days Short / Long-Term Disability after 60 days 401(k) Paid vacation Employee discount program Continued training and opportunities for advancement Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires, and battery testing Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle Perform various Express Service repairs and maintenance such as brake pad replacement, alignments, Wynns flushes, basic tune-ups, shocks & struts, hoses, wheel bearings, and simple diagnostic work, and other entry-level repairs approved by service management. Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management Take care to ensure that customer vehicles are returned to them in the same condition or better than when brought in Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle. Check tire pressure and add air if needed. Keep the shop area neat and clean. Report any safety-related issues immediately to management Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs, and schools. Continuously expand your knowledge of new technologies and practice Other tasks as assigned. Express Lane Tech, Lube Tech, Auto Maintenance experience required Automotive Technical School Certifications preferred Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience a plus! Automotive operational knowledge / working knowledge of shop equipment is preferred A positive attitude and good work ethic Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Valid driver's license and insurable High school diploma or equivalent Please upload your resume.
