Neil Huffman Nissan is currently in search of a Automotive Service Concierge / Customer Relations Associate.
Daily responsibilities may include :
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner. Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle.
- Assist with scheduling appointments.
- Obtain customer and vehicle data.
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and help educate on the proper maintenance schedules.
- Establish "time promised" and communicate updates.
- Follow up progress of each repair order during the day. Contact customer by telephone regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments.
- Deliver vehicle to customer and answer any questions.
- Keep Quick Pricing Guide, Signals Checklist, Maintenance Menus, and other service department forms up-to-date.
- Communicate with management any issues that may arise in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
Professional personal appearance.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Friendly face and voice, reliable, and a customer first attitude.
