En tant que Grant du magasin, une partie importante de la responsabilit reposera sur vos paules. Vous allez diriger chaque aspect des oprations quotidiennes de votre magasin, vous allez planifier les prochaines russites et vous aurez l'ultime responsabilit pour tablir les normes en termes d'expriences client extraordinaires, de performances de pointe des employs et de ventes record. Ceci est un poste pour quelqu'un qui aime les gens, qui veut crer un monde meilleur et qui sait comment faire les choses fonctionner. Il exige de trs bonnes comptences de leadership et la capacit de rassembler une quipe autour de vous. Job Description

As Store Manager, a lot of responsibility will rest on your shoulders. You'll lead the charge in every aspect of your store's day-to-day operations and plans for future success, and you'll be the one person ultimately accountable for setting the standard for best in the world customer experiences, top-notch employee performance, and budget-beating sales. This is a job for someone who loves people, cares about making the world a better place, and knows how to run a show. It requires strong leadership skills and the ability to build up the people around you. You'll be a mentor, a leader, and an inspirationand you'll do it all while having a whole lot of fun.
