Location : South Atlanta Metro (Onsite)

About the Role :

A well-respected litigation firm in the South Atlanta metro area is hiring an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in personal injury, insurance defense, or criminal defense. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses, and a full suite of benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

Independently manage a caseload from initial filing through resolution

Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and manage discovery

Appear in court for hearings, trials, and settlement conferences

Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff to execute litigation strategy

Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the legal process

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active Georgia Bar license (in good standing)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in litigation (PI, defense, or criminal)

Trial experience required (first or second chair)

Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines independently
