ECCO People & Culture Administrator
At ECCO, we believe people are at the heart of our success. The People & Culture (Human Resources) Administrator plays a key role in supporting our ECCO USA People & Culture team through hands-on HR coordination, onboarding excellence, and exceptional administrative support for our leaders and employees.
What You'll Do :
Competent execution of personnel changes (new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.) and completion of all associated paperwork, including final review and submission of weekly payroll changes.
Effective coordination of new hire onboarding activities and processes, such as background checks, welcome gifts and announcements, first-day preparation and communication, and participation in onboarding programs.
Knowledgeable service as department record retention coordinator for employee personnel files; act as super-user of the electronic document management system (currently Carta).
Thorough management of e-learning administration, including enrollments, reporting, and audit activities.
People & Culture (80%) :
Promptly respond to verification of employment (VOE) and unemployment requests, with accuracy.
Thoughtfully facilitate the employee service anniversary program, including gifts, announcements, and recognition of other employee life events.
Proactively maintain accurate company communication lists and ensure timely distribution & posting.
Efficiently prepare materials and information to support store openings, closings, and related activities.
Coordinate periodic mailings and updates to store files.
Knowledgeably serve as a resource for the HRIS (currently Ceridian Dayforce); assist in maximizing system capabilities, stay current on new functionality, and support the adoption and implementation of enhancements.
Reliably provide administrative and functional support for People & Culture department initiatives and programs.
Flexibly perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Senior Leadership Team Admin Support (20%) :
Administrative support for senior leadership team members including calendar management, travel booking, meeting coordination, etc.

Minimum Qualifications Education & Experience :
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Associate's degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in HR support or administrative assistant role.

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
Ability to read, write, and speak English at a proficient level.
Travel Requirements :
Ability to travel up to 10%, both domestic and international.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist-height on an occasional basis.
