Licensed Journeyman Plumber Southlake, TX

A leader in the home service industry is seeking a Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team in Southlake, TX. This is a full-time position with no nights and no weekends required , serving residential customers within a local service radius.

We are looking for a plumbing professional who takes pride in their craft, delivers 5-star service, and values a clean, organized, and respectful approach to working in customers homes.

Key Qualifications

  • Licensing & Credentials

    • Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License (TSBPE)

  • Valid Texas Drivers License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
  • Technical Expertise

    • Skilled in residential service plumbing :

    Diagnosing, repairing, and installing systems

  • Drain clearing and diagnostics
  • Water line repairs and replacements
  • Gas line installation and pressure testing
  • Fixture installations (toilets, faucets, disposals, etc.)
  • Tank and tankless water heater installations
  • Knowledge of Texas plumbing code (IRC / Tarrant County)
  • Ability to work independently in occupied homes with professionalism
  • Technology & Systems

    • Comfortable using tablets / iPads

  • Experience (or strong interest) with ServiceTitan
  • Familiar with digital estimates, invoicing, and job documentation
  • Customer Service

    • Strong verbal communication skills; able to explain technical issues in plain language

  • Builds trust quickly and provides a premium customer experience
  • Experience working in high-value homes a plus
  • Focused on reputation, referrals, and long-term customer relationships
  • Cleanliness & Presentation

    • Professional appearance and grooming; clean uniform

  • Respect for customer homes : boot covers, cleanup, protective measures
  • Maintains organized and well-stocked service vehicle
  • High attention to detail and quality workmanship

    • Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential service experience as a licensed journeyman
