Job description

Compensation Package Highlights :

  • Annual salary : guarantee $685,000 (in addition to WRVU bonus model)
  • Signing bonus : $100,000
  • Education Loan repayment : $20,000 each year
  • Relocation expense reimbursement : $20,000
  • Call 1 : 4 with additional pay beyond
  • Excellent benefits package

  • Hospital Employed growing practice joining 3 other surgeons with 3 Physician Assistants
  • Full support of subspecialty practice growth
  • Building to 5 full-time surgeons
  • Supports one hospital in one clinic
  • Level III trauma center, bread, and butter ortho, complex injuries shipped out
  • Hospitalist team admits ALL patients, ortho is a consulting service
  • OR : Dedicated block time, flip rooms, Mako Robot
  • Catchment Area : 250,000, also serving nearby Fort Drum, home of the 10

    • About Northern New York State

    Watertown is a small city with big city amenities. It has both local and nearby international airports to seamlessly accommodate all travel plans - Watertown International Airport (ART - 15-minute drive) and Syracuse International Airport (SYR - 1 hour drive).  Outdoor enthusiasts can embrace Mother Nature at her best.  Watertown offers close proximity to Lake Ontario, the St. Lawrence River - 1000 Islands regions, and the Adirondack Mountains.
