Key Responsibilities
Design and implement onboarding and ongoing training programs for staff
Collaborate with leadership to create performance management resources and support culture initiatives
Track and report on learning and development metrics to refine training programs
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 3 years in learning and development
3+ years of experience in a high growth healthcare or health tech organization
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
Experience designing and delivering training programs in a healthcare setting
Familiarity with HR systems and clinical operations
