Description :

Unit notes include specific requirements for submission.

Candidates must have a driver's license address outside 50 miles from the facility.

Previous permanent candidates must be gone for 2 years.

Individuals who have traveled in the past year must also be gone for 2 years.

Travel teams must apply together in one email.

Submissions are limited to two candidates per opening; if the position is full, submissions will be held for future openings.

Any license history must be disclosed at the time of submission.

COVID vaccine is required; candidates can decline based on medical or religious reasons by submitting an exemption form.

Unit responsibilities include assessing patients and planning appropriate treatments based on physician orders.

Staff will establish goals and methods of treatments considering the patient's potential.

Equipment setup and administration of treatments such as oxygen therapy, airway management, and nebulizers is expected.

Monitoring and evaluation of patients’ conditions is part of the role.

Working in various settings involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.

Additional expectations include emergency response and potential intubation skills for both pediatric and adult patients.

Duties may include drawing ABGs and performing EKGs outside of emergency room settings.

Maintaining integrity, teamwork, and a focus on quality care is essential.

Candidates should be prepared for weekend and holiday shifts on a rotating basis.
