Photographer / Videographer
The Photographer and Videographer will design, create, and produce digital content for company use, including photographs, videos, and social media content. This position will provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement.
Essential Duties and Other Responsibilities :
- Create video, writing, and photography content for the Baker Creek website and current social media platforms detailing upcoming events and customer reviews.
- Set up backdrops, adjust lighting, and coordinate people and / or products to create usable content.
- Monitor social media and community engagement platforms while promoting positive online experiences for all company stakeholders.
- Draft creative digital materials and presentations.
- Attend Baker Creek live events to capture photographic and video content.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media personalities and outlets.
- Interview customers and other supporters to aid in the development of creative content.
- Utilize recorded online content and other media content creation to assist in design.
- Enhance public awareness of Baker Creek products and sponsored events.
- Perform minimal clerical work, including data entry and answering the phone.
- Assist in other events, initiatives, and office assistance tasks in support of overall strategic goals.
- Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination equipment, techniques, and methods.Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.Proficiency in utilizing MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud software, and social media platforms.The ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking as appropriate for the needs of the audience.The ability to work independently and in a team environment.The ability to come up with creative content, design, and solutions.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.The Photographer / Videographer will have no supervisory responsibilities, but the position will interact with coworkers, customers, and management daily.
Education, Training, and Experience
