Position Overview

The firm seeks a mid-level associate (3–7 years) experienced in business and commercial litigation . This position offers the ability to manage your own caseload, handle complex matters, and collaborate closely with seasoned litigators in a supportive, results-driven culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage business litigation matters from pre-suit to resolution
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, discovery responses , and legal memoranda
• Conduct client consultations, witness interviews , and case evaluations
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Handle a wide array of disputes including contract, shareholder, partnership, and commercial tort claims
• Support business development through firm-sponsored initiatives
