The Department of Management at New Mexico State University is seeking qualified candidates to fill a 9-month, non-tenure track-faculty position at the College Assistant Professor level in the area of Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and related subjects. The position will start August 18, 2025. The position carries a course load of 12 credit hours per semester. A combination of face to face, and online course delivery is expected. The successful candidate will have responsibilities in teaching, advising students, and service to the department, college, university and community. The successful candidate is expected to contribute to an educational environment that supports learning for individuals from diverse backgrounds. There is a possibility for summer teaching opportunities for additional pay. Candidates for this position are required to hold a Bachelors in a Business related discipline, and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or related field to Supply Chain Management or Operations Management from an AACSB International accredited business school. Candidates must have at least five years of relevant professional experience. A PhD in Management or closely related field is required. The candidate should be able to teach undergraduate level courses in areas related to Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and related subjects. Candidates must demonstrate evidence of effective teaching at the college level.
