Logistics Operations Coordinator

Globally recognized coffee company, headquartered in Seattle, WA, is currently hiring for a Logistics Operations Coordinator. This job contributes to the company's success by ensuring the highest level of account or specialized functional support for Logistics Services - supporting account and order management for our Channel business. The role supports operational and proactive issue resolution, driving customer satisfaction and supply chain compliance through effective order management, proactive communication, logistics execution, and collaboration with the company's partners in planning, distribution, channel, and manufacturing. Must reside local to Seattle, WA, as this opportunity is 100% onsite. Pay - $26 / hr. - $28 / hr. (Depending on relevant qualifications, tenure, industry, etc.). Location - Seattle, WA (100% Onsite). Schedule Standard Monday - Friday Morning Shift (40 Hours a Week). Contract Duration 12 Months W2 Employment Through Aston Carter.

Summary of Key Responsibilities :

• Support order management for channel development.
• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including order management, shipment tracking, and issue resolution to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners to resolve service disruptions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support compliance with logistics policies and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with planning, distribution, and retail operations teams to align logistics execution with business needs.
• Attend meetings, contribute to collaborative problem-solving, and interact effectively with customer teams to support operational goals.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance service reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to support performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
