Proven track record of successfully handling large-scale projects. Proficiency in creating detailed and accurate estimates. Senior Estimator / Pre Construction Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Pre Construction Manager to lead plumbing projects. If you are skilled in these areas and have experience in the plumbing industry, this role is made for you!
Position : Senior Estimator / Pre Construction Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the preconstruction process for large, insitutional / industrial plumbing projects.
- Develop accurate estimates from schematic design documents.
- Create and review project scopes.
- Manage project buyout for plumbing materials and equipment.
- Oversee projects exceeding $10 million in size.
