Beehive Industries is dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems to support the warfighter. Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. This role will be located at our Englewood, Colorado facility.

Role Overview

The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality manufacturing processes to make sure the products produced meet quality standards and customers' expectations. The Quality Manager will implement, monitor, and improve the quality of the external parts business QMS and related operational processes and outputs. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a world-class AM team and impact the quality system and processes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing quality standards
• Developing and implementing quality control system
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
• Collaborating with operations managers and engineers to develop and implement controls and improvements
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
• Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
• Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
• Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes
• Managing all personnel within the quality department
• Managing all auditing activities. (Customers, 3rd parties, certification organization, etc.)
• Active team leader, engaging teammates in discussions on quality and improvements even in a time with no active quality escapes

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications : (any skill that could be a plus)

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $118,000-$188,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
