Job description

Smithtown Nissan and Infiniti is seeking dedicated Automotive Lube and C Technicians to join our team in Saint James this role you will provide essential maintenance services that keep our customers vehicles running smoothly and safely. If you have a passion for automotive care and a strong work ethic we encourage you to apply and become a valued member of our professional team.

We are a Union run shop that come with a complete compensation package including a retirement package uniforms training and more

Responsibilities

  • Inspect vehicles for basic mechanical issues and report findings to senior technicians.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist with tire rotations and other minor service tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and explaining service procedures.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an automotive lube technician or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to the job site.
