Job descriptionCreate CNC programs and accompanying work instructions. Set up and operate 3‑axis machining centers; 5‑axis exposure is a bonus. Stage and set cutting tools per program specifications. Use CNC control screens to load, edit, prove‑out, and run jobs. Measure parts, detect issues, troubleshoot processes, and make on‑the‑fly corrections. Follow established procedures to ensure every part meets our highest standard. Handle change‑overs, loading, and unloading to keep production flowing. High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of CNC cutting experience. Previous CNC programming background. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency. Ability to perform calculations and moderate analysis. Monday–Friday start at 5 : 00 AM; typical end between 1 : 30 PM and 3 : 30 PM. Weekends as required by workload. Overtime paid at time‑and‑a‑half for hours over 40 in a week and on Saturdays; double time on Sundays. Frequent walking, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching, pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing. Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. WorkNC and PowerMill Fanuc, HAAS, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain (Toshiba tasnuc 999 a plus) Boring Mill Horizontal Machining Center (3–4 axis) Horizontal Machining Center (5+ axis)
