A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed quality reviews of ancillary insurance marketing presentations for accuracy and adherence to standards
Maintain the integrity of deliverables and support continuous quality improvement across teams
Document review findings and report quality trends to leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 1 year of experience in ancillary insurance or a related field
Strong ancillary insurance product knowledge, including plan structures and rate methodologies
Financial acumen to assess rate structures and validate calculations
Familiarity with quality assurance processes or presentation review procedures is beneficial
Training or coursework in insurance, finance, business, or analytics is a plus
