Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our MEP team. This internship provides hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, offering an opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain valuable industry insights. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a strong interest in MEP systems, and is ready to contribute to our projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and drafting of MEP systems using CAD and BIM software
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop technical documentation
• Support the review and analysis of project specifications, drawings, and codes
• Participate in site visits and inspections to gain practical experience in fieldwork
• Conduct research and provide recommendations for improving MEP systems and processes
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned by the MEP team

Physical Requirements

The ability to carry up to 50 lbs. of drawings and carry and / or climb ladders is a requirement of the position.
