Treasury Analyst
Position Summary
This position is part of the responsibilities of the treasury team and supporting US Finance.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for compliance with credit facility agreements, partnerships and tax equity agreements
- Responsible for quarterly financial covenant calculations, reporting the lenders
- Cash management of bank accounts related to finance agreements, debt service payments, distributions, cash transfers
- Cash flow reporting - budget and actual
- Maintains SOX documentation for related responsibilities
- Responsible for various Treasury reports
- Setting up LOC's / SBLOC's / surety bonds

A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or the equivalent combination of experience and education3 - 5 years' experience in treasury / finance related fieldSAP knowledge / experience preferredMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsMust have excellent interpersonal skillsMust be able to understand and summarize financing contractsThe ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with company proprietary informationMust be team-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work with cross functional teamsMust have the ability to work independentlyMust be able to use and acquire knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and use of the internet.Must have the ability to communicate at a level that will enable the employee to safely and efficiently perform the job dutiesPhysical Requirements
The ability to work at a computer and computer monitor and use repetitive motion for long periods of timeThis position requires sitting 80% of the time and standing and walking 20% of the timeThe ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
