Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the annual process improvement plan to optimize care delivery
Enhance financial performance by focusing on cost reduction and revenue increase initiatives
Track and report on performance metrics and ensure alignment with established KPIs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of business experience with a focus on process improvement
Certified in Project Management
Experience with Six Sigma, lean process design, or similar methodologies
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams
Understanding of project management concepts and tools
