Job Summary :

We are seeking skilled Commercial Membrane Roofing Technicians to join our team. The primary responsibilities include installing PVC and some TPO roofing systems, Work is primarily local, but some travel and overnight stays are required. Locations include : Florida, Georgia, and Alabama (within 150 miles of main location)

Responsibilities :

Install PVC and TPO roofing systems in commercial settings

Ensure watertight installations that meet industry standards

Utilize metal roofing skills when required

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Work within 150 miles of the main location, with occasional travel beyond that

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with team members

Qualifications & Requirements :

Experience in commercial membrane roofing (preferred)

Metal roofing experience (preferred)

Ability to install watertight membrane roofing systems

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Must be dependable and punctual

OSHA Certification (preferred)

The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand

Travel and stay overnight as required

Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record is a plus, but not required

Including standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (Drug-Free Workplace)

Physical Requirements

Lift and move objects up to 100 pounds

Standing, crouching for periods of time, great balance, squatting, manual dexterity and bending knees

The ability to ascend / descend ladders and get on roofs to perform tasks associated with roof removals and / or installations

Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another

Working in all outdoor elements and weather conditions

Ability to work at various heights with confidence at significant elevations

Regularly using machinery
