BrightStar Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional care to our clients in Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas, Nevada. Position : Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health Company

📍 Service Area : Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas 💰 Wage : $90 per visit 🕒 Flexible Scheduling

Requirements :

• ️ Active Nevada Occupational Therapist license
• ️ Minimum one year of experience as an OT
• ️ CPR Certification (BLS preferred)
• ️ Ability to lift / pull 50 lbs
• ️ Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• ️ 2-Step TB test and Physical Exam
• ️ Background check and drug screening required
• ️ Experience with home health, rehabilitation, or geriatric care is a plus!

Responsibilities :

🔹 Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans 🔹 Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence 🔹 Educate clients and caregivers on adaptive techniques 🔹 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care 🔹 Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
