Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Cardiology & Vascular Opportunity

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology and Vascular Team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Practice Features :

• Be part of a dynamic and expanding cardiology group with a strong support system
• Work alongside expert medical and advanced nursing teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Access state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and medical interventions to support top-tier clinical decision-making
• Participate in a rotating weekend schedule shared among Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Serve as backup for the Vascular APP, including rounding on vascular patients during vacations or absences
• Support in structural cardiology, contributing to innovative and collaborative care
• Assist with inbox management, patient follow-ups, and expanding appointment availability across both specialties
• Help streamline care for patients with overlapping cardiovascular needs through interdisciplinary collaboration
• Provide both inpatient and outpatient care across cardiology and vascular surgery settings
