JOB DESCRIPTION

A client of Insight Global is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join their dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health, skilled in patient care and patience, and committed to delivering high-quality hygiene services. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct oral health assessments and record patient histories - Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and flossing - Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride - Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) - Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care - Assist the dentist during procedures as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols - Monitor and maintain hygiene equipment and supplies - Provide excellent patient service and build rapport

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Open to recent graduates
• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensure in New Hampshire
• CPR certification (training can be provided upon hire)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Professional but warm and friendly demeanor
