Position Overview:

We are seeking a board-certified Medical Hospitalist to join our dynamic inpatient care team. The hospitalist will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients in a collaborative and fast-paced acute care setting. This role is essential in managing complex and acutely ill patients, facilitating seamless transitions of care, and working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. The position supports a safe and efficient clinical environment through timely response to patient status changes, active participation in multidisciplinary rounds, and strict adherence to hospital protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound clinical judgment, clear communication with patients, families, and staff, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care with minimal supervision.

Education Qualifications:

• Required: Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine/Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO)

Certification Qualifications:

• Required: Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Required: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Required: Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Required: Unrestricted medical license in the state of Illinois

Experience Qualifications:

• Previous hospitalist or acute care experience preferred
