Real Estate Marketing Intern (San Diego)

Join a WSJ RealTrends ranked La Jolla team. We need a motivated, detail-oriented marketing intern to support listing launches, property promotion, and client outreach.

What You Will Do

• Support listing marketing : flyers, brochures, feature sheets, open house packets, and signage coordination.
• Help create video daily for Stories and Reels; photo and vertical video editing in CapCut or Adobe Express.
• Post YouTube Shorts and videos, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnail selection consistent with brand guidelines.
• Organize media assets, naming, folders, and tracking deliverables for each listing.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content at photo shoots and open houses.
• Execute handwritten direct mail campaigns : list pulls, scripting, pen-to-paper notes, addressing, and mailing coordination.
• Send weekly listing marketing updates to sellers, covering showings, inquiries, and next steps.
