Job Summary :

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and maintain a fun and safe work environment. Your leadership will be essential in upholding our restaurant’s standards while making every guest feel like part of the family.

Responsibilities :

• Support the General Manager with all operational aspects of the restaurant
• Supervise front- and back-of-house team members, ensuring excellent service and teamwork
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development
• Assist with inventory, ordering supplies, and cost control
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a can-do attitude
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations
• Contribute ideas to keep the restaurant fresh, fun, and aligned with our casual theme
