The Role

We're seeking a strategic, operationally minded Chief of Staff to partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive transformation, alignment, and growth across the organization. This is a high-trust, high-impact role that sits at the center of decision-making and transformation, helping drive alignment, execution, and results across Product, GTM, Technology, Finance, and Operations.

You'll operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadershipserving as a trusted advisor, integrator, and force multiplier for the GTM function. As Chief of Staff, you'll translate vision into action, enabling scale, and ensuring the right priorities get the right attention. You'll also act as a connective tissue across teamssurfacing insights, resolving friction, and accelerating decision-making.

Strategic Support and Advisory

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leaders, helping shape priorities, drive alignment, and translate vision into actionable plans.
• Own the preparation of board decks, executive briefings, and strategic narrativesensuring clarity, polish, and alignment with company goals.
• Research, prepare, and synthesize information for decision-making
• Partner with the CEO to ensure seamless integration across strategic, operational, and cultural priorities, connecting the dots between vision, people, and execution.
