Our data base assistant will perform research, strengthen the content of the CRM, schedule calls and confirm contacts. Position may be part time or full time. Work in a professional office environment and gain exposure to an exciting career opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Collect and update market data (sales, leases, vacancies).
• Maintain and organize property and client databases.
• Support brokers with research, reports, and property info.
• Prepare maps, market surveys, and competitive analyses.
• Monitor real estate news and local developments.
• Assist with presentations and marketing materials.

Requirements

Must be logical, detailed, consistent, focused and enjoy research and tracking progress. Very comfortable on computers, quickly process data and ask good questions. Proactive communication of project status and self monitoring projects and timelines. Strong typing skills.
