Flight Services Coordinator

We are looking for a Flight Services Coordinator to join our high-performing team. Youll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, end-to-end charter flight operations and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role ideal for someone with a background in aviation operations, charter services, or FBO environments.

What Youll Do

• Oversee Charter Flight Operations from confirmation to completion
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers throughout the flight process delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and distribute flight briefs, manifests, and perform pre-flight compliance checks
• Coordinate catering, transport, handling, and on-site support
• Monitor flights in real time and proactively manage any disruptions
• Ensure standardisation, accuracy, and timely reporting across all operations
• Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and international teams to ensure smooth coordination
• Champion customer service excellence and help build long-term client relationships
